[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Postpaid incorrect charges on international sms. which i have not send | |||
As i have just port my [protected] to relance postpaid. They had promised my local & std calls will be unlimited for 2 years. & after activation service my no was having zero network for 4 days. Cust support took 4 days to activate my roaming services on my buisness no. As my plan is covered roaming free. i stay in ulhasnagar its come in maharashtra service. reliance communcation have done very wrong with me. I have all proofs in my recording which i have communicate with cust support no on 198 But now they have charge me incorrect charges of international sms.
