[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Problem not solved | |||
Hi I have Reliance broadband connection which us not working from last 5 days, my userid is[protected].I have launched complaint twice with the assurance that problem will be solved within 24 hrs, my complaint no is[protected].according to customers care executive the problem is o[censored]pdating my information which I have already provided to them because of which they are giving me reminder calls before the billing date with sms.I m getting my bills online on time, still they are saying that some updating is required, it take around 10 mins to reach them on phone.my problem is still not sorted out in spite of paying bills on time.kindly help me to sort out this problem.I will be highly obliged.Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
