[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Provide me revised bill for my disconnect broadband connection | |||||
Sir, Ref: Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected] My name is James Ranjith Kumar and my reliance broadband subscriber ID is[protected]. I already written several emails to you but didin't received any reply until yet. All the procedures for disconnection of my broadband connection have been completed. My broadband is disconnected on 19th / 25th December 2015, so my bill amount shoulc have been calculated for only between 19th December to 25th December. But I am received the bill amount of for 30 days from 19th December 2015 to 18 January 2016. Moreover, I was given the bill due date to be 6th January 2016, otherwise I am supposed to pay a fine.
