[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Refund Money not received from 26-sep-2014 and worst service

Sir, My User id[protected] is not working since 26-sept-2014 as Reliance Broadband/Communication has taken back the internet providing machine/ Junction box/ Router from the building premises. It has been uninstall/removed from your company side as there was some issue with our society (Dwarkesh Apartment, L.T.Road, Borivali West, Mumbai 400092). I had already paid one year advanced rental and my internet is not working. I request a refund of all the pendinf amount due to received from 26-sept-2014 along with interest charge since they have not given service and also not refunding money till date and using it for there own purpose. Also i have recieved response from On Monday, 10 November 2014 12:21 PM, "RCOMBB.[protected]@relianceada.com" <RCOMBB.[protected]@relianceada.com> wrote: Dear Customer, We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service. Please handover the equipment to him.Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1500 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement.The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability. Check your mails for contact information.
Also how many times you guys will go to customer service team, where they will say complaint is resolved from there end and user/customer has not at all been contacted or communicated.

Also i had mark mails to tribunal authority then also no reply.
How many days its required your guys to contact me...
