Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband and landline not disconnecrting my service
I have been using Reliance Internet since a long time. It has the worst service in terms of organization. They have a really bad organizational strategy, and their customer support is the worst I have witnessed. First of all, their connection goes down every 2-3 months. Once it goes down, it takes at least 7-8 days on an average to rectify the situation. Finally on 29th August 2014, my connection was again disconnected. I registered a complaint on that day itself. Believe it or not, they took about 2 months to solve my complaint! But I didn't wait for them to solve my complaint. I disconnected their connection and moved on to another service provider. Till today they haven't disconnected my connection and keep sending me bills. I am really tired of these people, and just want to get rid of their service. I have called them thousands of times, dropped emails millions of times, now I don't know what to do. My subscriber id was:[protected] Was this information helpful?
