[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance broadband connection is not working for almost 20 days | |||
Hi, We are using Reliance broadband from last october. But the connection was down for the past 20 days. We are continuously raising complaints from the Nov 3. We were calling reliance customer care and raised almost 10 complaints till now. But there is no proper response and the problem is not solved yet. Please take proper action on this and do solve this problem as soon as possible. We could not use the internet for the past 20 days due to connection failure, So Reliance should have to reduce the postpaid bill amount for these 20 days. There is no response from reliance yet. I am waiting for almost 25 days to get resolution for my problem. But still there is no response from them.
Feeling Irritated and totally disappointed with the reliance and its customer care service !!! :( :( :(
