[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance broadband Refund not received after 2 months | |||
Hi There, I had requested for a broadband connection2 months back and paid almost 1200 including the installation fee. But due to the negligence from reliance I cancelled the plan and proceeded with cancellation. Though the Reliance officials agreed to refund the amount, within few weeks I haven't received any mail or confirmation call from them. I was waiting for a full month for the same, but was completely cheated by Reliance. I expect to get the problem resolved as soon as possible, or need to move on with legal formalities. you will not recieve refund. I have'nt got refund of Rs.1500 and its been over 1 year.

This is really disgusting from Reliance communication. Though I am waiting for more than 4 months u havent resolved the issue. Its really shameful and painful... I cant understand why you are bluffing with alternate number comments... I am using the same number and if you want will provide again [protected]. If you have atleast 1% customer commitment kindly resolve this issue...
