My user id:[protected] Account No: [protected] I have been with reliance since 2008 and have seen your customer service going from good to bad and bad to worse. It all started since last year and till date my connection continues to go down very frequently. Anyway, that’s past as I have requested you to disconnect my services. My connection is down since second week of March 2015. Thinking that it will be up in a day or soon, i waited and it never happened. Tried calling your customer care guys several times but could not speak to your so called executives after waiting for several minutes could not connect to any one as your CCE are always busy. Finally, to my good fortune, after waiting for several minutes i was able to speak to your executive on 16th March, and informed him that i want to disconnect your services as i am not satisfied with your services. He told me to call from my registered number only then can it be processed for disconnection. How do you expect someone to have so much time to call every day and then wait for several minutes before i connect to some executive? I sent email to you guys for disconnecting my services on 20th March 2015. I got email confirming that my request is under process and someone from reliance will contact me in next 48 hours. I waited for 4 days, no body turned up to get your device. Finally, I called on 25th March 2015 and that’s when I got most shocking treatment from your executive (PRAVEEN). I have called reliance several times in past but never ever have spoken to such a rude and unprofessional person before. I was told that my connection would not be disconnected until device it taken by your company and will be charged till that day. Is it my fault that your person has not turned up to collect the device. In spite of my informing you on 16th on phone and by email on 20th, why should i be charged for these many days. All I was told that it is company policy. The guy kept on repeating that reliance has got my disconnection request on 22nd not on 20th or 16th March 2015. When I requested to speak to some senior person, I was rudely told, I can’t speak to any senior. I requested several times and all I was told, I can’t speak to senior person "Agar app sahyod nahi karange to mein aap ka phone disconnect kar dunga". Finally my wife spoke to PRAVEEN and was told same thing and ultimately phone was disconnected even my wife was speaking. I hope you guys are recording the calls, please listen to that call. Do you give any training to these so called customer care executives before they are asked to interact with customers? In past, I have worked in call centre for an international company, and first thing we were told to not to hang phone until customer hangs the phone first. I again called up your customer care and spoke to someone called [censored]AL, was kept waiting for several minutes all she said was all seniors are busy and she is unable to connect to anyone. She promised me, she is arranging for a call back from some senior person. And I will get call back by the end of day. I never got call from any senior person. This kind of behavior was never expected from reliance. I am going to take this to consumer court as to how your company behaves with customers and in spite on my connection not working since weeks I am asked to pay the bill till my connection is disconnected from reliance. If your guys don’t turn up to disconnect the service it’s my problem. I hope you will train your executives as to how to speak to your customers and how to keep your words. Would never recommend someone to use reliance with the kind of experience I have had with your company. In spite of informing them to disconnect my connection even after 2 weeks no response from reliance. Thanks Sunil

And, now without using your services, I am asked to pay the bill.

I will take this to consumer court.
