[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance wi-pod network speed very low 12 kbps to 40 kbps | |||
I had purchased a new Reliance Wi-pod MDN [protected] after deactivating my reliance net connect [protected] hence they had not given new internet plans for the data card. The new Reliance Wi-pod is not even giving the speed of 1 Mbps. I am getting only 12kbps to 40kbps. I can't able to download or browse the internet. I can't able to download video files and play. For my system anti virus installation download I cant able to do. Mcafee conformed the low speed thrice they tried and could not able to install the files after taking my laptop on remote assistance. I had registered my customer complaint by calling to[protected] on 28th Oct 2015 My complaint Reg No is[protected] dated 28th Oct 2018. There was no proper response during complaint booking on toll free No. SIGMA Info tech who has sold the product in Coimbatore also not responded properly. The reply was instrument is giving 1 Mbps to 12 Mbps speed orally it is not showned to me. 28th Eveing I had call from reliance[protected], [protected], [protected] The final person from Mumbai Mr.Anju accepted there was a problem in the network by 24 hours our person is going to attend the issue this is the reply I had received. on 29th Oct 2015 I received the call from the rep in No [protected] asking about the internet speed. He answered please change your internet setting to hybrid you will not had problem. I replied clearly I am in hybrid mode even though I could not able to get the internet speed. My concerns are I am expecting a overseas call from my client over skype. Because of the internet speed I am going to miss him. That is a great loss for me. So far people had never came to my place (Periyanaickenpalaym) area to see the actual issue. In the afternoon 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM getting the internet connection is a big hurdle. The response is very poor. Service is totally bad. I don't want to be a reliance customer I will return the instrument let them pay my money back I will go to other service provider.
