Reliance Broadband — resume my connection or refund me. | |||
hi, myself amit. i have reliance broadband internet connection but its not working since they(reliance) cut my LAN wire without any information and notice. its been more than 25 days to my dead connection, i compliant about it many times but no one is listening. now i have around 2 to 3 complaint numbers. now if i ask them that you should disconnect my connection and refund me they say its gonna take atleast 40 days to refund. so it means it is a total of around 65 days. what a heck. here are my connection details user id:[protected] and some of the complaint numbers about which nothing has been done till date: [protected] [protected] i want them to resume my connection. or refund me as soon as possible. thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

thanks for advice, but atleast they can refund me.
Tell them to cancel, take my advice.. I fell in the same trap.
