[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Sales Person Took Rs. 1750 for connection and no response | |||
On 2nd Sep, 2014, a sales guy came to my office offering reliance broadband connection. I asked him to come back 2 days later, then he again came back and took Rs. 1, 750 from me and provided me with a receipt of that having CAF number. Since that time i am trying calling him(Name: Dheeraj), his manager(Name: namo) and even customer care of reliance but no response from anywhere. It's been around 15 days and no connection made and even no refund till date.
