[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Shifting of my existing broadband connection | |||
Hello Sir/Ma'am, I took a new broadband connection of reliance on 1 September 2014. On 1 of october, I shifted to a new place and requested reliance to shift my connection there. I talked to customer care of reliance. firstly, they told me that some action will be taken within 5 days but nothing has been done till now. They are continously sending me the monthly bills and also call me to pay the bill. Today 2 months are over sir, but no action has been taken from their side nor they have informed me anything regarding the matter.
