[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — shifting problem | |||
On 26 of november i requested for shifting my broadband connection problem till 26 of december my problem regarding shifting is not solved i have called gujrat head " prakat jaysing " he is telling to me i am not customer care call to customer care or call to ahmedabad head " sunil patel " from 9 day i am calling to him but he is taking with me in rude manner but still my problem is not solved i have paid 3 month advance rental but still i am not able to get service . I have all the conversation recording of " sunil patel ahmedabad head " he told me that cancel the line u will get refund from reliance . I told him there are 4 to 6 connection of your comany around my new location but he replied rudely and said u cancel the line i can't give u any service to you, i told to him give me the reason why it is not possible to shift the line, he is giving me silly reasons. My humble request to you please sort out my problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
