Helli I am new user for Reliance and i have been complaining since i got the connection but no help from Reliance customer support or sales person. actually the guy know about this problem he told he will help but he never pickup the phone ever . he got complaints but he never help his name is Vijay and his number is [protected] my complain start 14th April or before that dont remember 21/04 complaint #[protected] 13th april 2015 complain ID :[protected] 23rd april[protected] jasim 23 april[protected] Neha User ID[protected] no help and i asked for termination due to this issue, Please Terminate my connection if you cannot help Thansk wasim Was this information helpful? | |||

No not yet resolve who told you? I have came to meet mr. Rajendra to reliance office at wonworie branch he told me he will help but can't find my complaint plz raise new complain he told me he will send the technician tommrow and the person who told you that my issue resolved is LIAING don't why. Please raise new complaint again

Please send Technician to my flat . one guy call everyday saying he reset my connection and told that he will call again to check if problem resolve but never call back and my problem is still there and he lied that problem because he called me HELPING NOTHING. Please take this serious and HELP
