[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Terminate broadband internet connection

Pl see the mail that I had sent to [protected]@relianceada.com on September 06, 2014 As a customer, I hereby inform you that there is a poor service of broadband internet connection. Regarding this, I lodged a complaint (for not getting internet connection) on August 03, 2014 (complaint no.[protected] through customer care service and again made a complaint on August 16, 2014. Till today, the service is not restored, so I don't have internet connection service at my residence for the last 36 days. However, I have to pay the amount that too without getting proper service. In the meantime, you have sent an email for the next payment. I appreciate your promptness in this action/service. I lost hope in getting the connection.
