Reliance Broadband — Termination of broadband connection

My connection is terminated without any intimation on 29 September. I requested many times to reactivate but reply came that it cannot be resumed.you have to apply for new connection. now I am using new connection.i have already returned modem of old connection but now you are saying toue connection is working. and bill is generated again.what fraud is going in your company

My user id is[protected] and i have requested to terminate my connection which the customer care replied that they will do in next 48hours n its 3days now my request is still pending. i want my connection to be disconnected before 30th Dec as i m not going to pay the bill afterwards.
