[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Termination of Connection

Hi, I have raised a request for termination of my reliance broadband connection in the month of July, 2014. But unfortunately they have started the process of Termination from 3-Aug-2014. Now its almost end of November. Their is no written communication provided by them, every time i am getting a call to pay the bill. But i am not using the service. I am not happy at all the services they are providing. For termination of connection, it may take so long time. I have no words for reliance .Can anybody help me? Its urgent now. Can anybody provide me higher authority details so that i can approach them. Much appreciate your help User ID :[protected]

Can you please update on the termination status, I have not got any calls for modem submission, i think it again went to idle state, same issue.
I have requested a call so that i can speak to some higher authority from Reliance, i was supposed to get a call within 48 hrs, but nobody called me. Can anybody explain this reason, really disappointed. One more time i am saying please take this request as the priority.
