I am reliance broadband user. My Landline was not working properly from past few months and regarding this i made many complaints to reliance customer care . After around 3 months i realized that calling and making complains to them will not do anything and my all calls and time were in vain. So i decided to terminate my landline connection. Then i gave them a request to terminate my landline, as i was paying the bill of the landline unnecessarily. They said that your landline connection will be terminated once you will get a call from our side . The call never came and thus they didn't disconnected our landline and we had to pay our landline bill unnecessarily for few more months. Then i decided to upgrade my internet plan from 2Mbps to 4Mbps, so i request them to do so. They said that they will do it in 3-4 working days, which was actually done after one month and they started charging us for 4mbps since the time we made the request, not from the time they started the servie.
Later they gave us the bill of Rs. 2200 for the plan 1099+Tax. So we asked the customer care for such bill, so in starting the customer care people.. usually made us to stay about half an hour on hold and when they come, they say .. sir our server is down, please call later, and some representatives directly disconnected our call.. so by calling them many times we came to know that, they charged us more, so they put a complain regarding this. Calls from Mumbai came to tell that they will provide us a waiver of Rs.900, lesser than they should deduct. So we asked them to give us a email confirmation for the same, only then we will pay our bill.
Recently my broadband connection has been terminated with no reason. We recieved a call from Mumbai in which we confirmed to NOT TERMINATE CONNECTION and then they asked us to pay our bill .Once we paid the bill they terminated our connection.

So if we have confirmed to not terminate then why did they terminated the internet connection?
Now they are saying to fill a new customer application form, so new connection requires installation charges, which we have already paid in the connection that has been terminated through their mistake, so why should we pay the installation charges for the mistake that they have done ? As we have already paid the installation charges in the connection that they have terminated, so i want them to give me a connection with no installation charges and make my installation free .
Also regarding the amount that we have paid them, i have attached all the information of the bills we have paid them.

During the time of connection we paid Rs.1550/- ( Rs.600 Installation Fee + Rs.750 Advance for the Plan + 14% Tax on whole )

So, if i have paid Rs.750 during Installation for advance then why do i have to pay Rs. 630 and Rs.1000 in the same month of installation?
Through the information above we have paid you 2 months advance already. I want my those money back. If you have anything to say about it, please give me statements for the same.
