[Resolved] Reliance CDMA — No signal since 6 days | |||||
Sir, I am using reliance CDMA Phone, Phone number [protected], which is of Bihar region .The date of first incident is 14 sep15.The call cutting problem from this numbers is since 6 days. I am so much fade off from Reliance service.When we make a call, the call duration is maximum upto 2 minute. I already complain about this matter to customer care of Reliance by mail upto 3 times, but no response from them.they are least bother about my problem.This problem is started when i recharge unlimited local call offer on this number.Early it was ok.This offer limited validity upto 28 Days, and I seek problem last 6 days.so my 6 days gone vain from 28 days.i want my 6 days add when my service resume .When Reliance company offer to customer for unlimited local call then how can company do this type of activity ? Sep 21, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I was lodged a Telephontically complain on 18 and 19 sep15.customer care told that at least 48 hrs taken by company to resolved the problem.On 20 sep15 after 1300 hrs my phone number 7488309180 start working fine and no call drop and call cutting happened.But again at night same problem persist with my phone number and we can't make a call to anywhere.In the evening time one Reliance customer care executive call on the my phone number 7488309180 and say that your problem has resolved by Reliance technical group and on 1718 hrs Email me that your problem has resolved about call drop and cutting.The name of that officer is

I want to say that I lodge a complain about same problem 3 times and 2 times by telephonically.And the company customer officer has said, they got only one Email.how this possible?and what about the problem which me and my family face.And the most important issue is that my recharge validity is wasted due to this call drop problem.Where we should go for justice on this issue.I want the positive result now.The Email number of Reliance customer care is [email protected] and the telephone number by which the call to me on 20sep15 is 2230326300 on after 1700hrs.Sir/Madam i want result and time wasted by Reliance communication of my family and me over the period .I want result. Dear Reliance Communications technical team, What you think that you told about and and we belive that my phone running fine.But it is not correct.This issue is shorted only for 2 to 3 hours on 20 sep15, Then after again call drop and call cutting happen and happened again and and.Do you think this issue is corrected by you.I have all other extra job related life .Not that I complain all day against your Reliance communication service and your network.If you can't resolve my complain against my problem, Then please told Don't make me and my family fool.You are just kidding with me and my family.I can't make a single call from this number and you told that the issue is resolved on 20 sep15.How it is possible?Did you think that?If you do in my favour, please do needful action.
