[Resolved] Reliance CDMA — Not blocking/Issuing new SIM | |||
My mother's phone is lost.When i have gone to your customer care they are saying the SIM is on some body else name & they cant block or reissue it.But my question is since 2005 my mom has been using this number.We have bought it from Reliance store itself.The 1st phone she has used was a CDMA with inbuilt SIM.Then when SIM system came in, we issue the SIM as well.My mom has submitted all the required docs 3-4 times at your customer service office before as well.If the number was not on her name then how the SIM was given to her 3 years back.The Number was with my mom from 2005 to till date.It has been used in Bank & other places.So how can Reliance take a person's privacy so lightly.There is some mistake in adding names in your database.If Customer survive because of data entry person's error then its a shame on the customer industry. When i am calling your customer care executives the way they are talking is highly not acceptable.It seems customer satisfaction is a far away thing, the representative are not even know to respect the customers.They are not even logging any complaint.
