Reliance CDMA — Number portability | |||
I am using reliance cdma in west bengal circle having number [protected] since 2007. On 28/04/2016, reliance has sent me a message “pls generate upc & move to reliance 3g or other network. Our cdma network will be available till 8th may 2016 & upgraded to 4g afterwards. Rcom”. But i have sent porting request on yesterday & today a total number of 4 times to 1900 but reliance has not sent me the porting request code(Upc) till now. So what to do now? They are requesting me to move to reliance 3g or other network in their message but are not sending me the upc. So what will be my case after 08/05/2016? This number is so much valuable for me because i am using it since 2007. Should i make complaint to higher authority and consumer forum? It is also to be mentioned here that i tried several times but their customer care number is also not reachable from yesterday. Was this information helpful? | |||
