Reliance — Complaint about service and billing account connection disclose | |||||
I purchased reliance wipod connection 3 months ago for 3000 rs and suddenly my internet connection disconnected on 26th may, i have paid each bill time to time..my wipod number:[protected] they are saying migrate to 4g and pay again 899 rs for that extra for new device, i said no to migrate they send me 4g sim at my address forcefully, now i am trying to close my connection they are not receiving call on customer care, even at 2 service centres they didnt provide me service regarding this..and my internet connection is disconnected without prior notice for no reason..even they are not deactivating my connection permanently..now i dont know whether i will get bill for this month or not??? worst company ever!!
