[Resolved]  Reliance Comminictions — balance deduction

Respected Sir, i am using a reliance from very long preiod of time. but i am sorry to say that the service provided by you now a days is very poor. on 7/6/15 at around 3:00 pm 10rs. is deducted from my no. [protected]. when i contact to your coustomer care. no solution come. there is no folt from my side. please look after my problem. it is very urgent. other wise i will start commenting on your social pages like facebook and twitter. if it causes loos of goodwill then i will not be responsible. my story start from last month when 1st deduction was made by reliance communication. In these regards i have made a complaints SR No.[protected] that was sold. After few days again my balance was deduct by the reliance. I was trying to complaint on 198 but this service was not active on my number, I made the complaint through live chat they have been told me that my balance was deduct because of data charges, but I did not use data on my number. They deny to refund my balance which was near about Rs. 50/-.
Again I have recharged my number [protected] with Rs. 70/- I got Rs. 80/- today when i trying to make a call its to my surprise the IVR service tell that you have insufficient balance. I tried to call 198 service but its not working as usual. Then I made my complaints through live chat the told me that my deduction was correct because I have used GPRS service on my number. I denied the same that I never used net on my above said number. But they usual they (reliance customer care) don' t agree with my complaints.
Kindly take appropriate action against my complaints I ll be oblige you.
