[Resolved] Reliance Comminictions — Invalid vas deductions adpay of rs. 90. And deducted more balance for using internet where my 3g pack was active with sufficient data balance | |||||
1. Rs.90 is deducted from my account balance as VAS ADPAY. This service in have not activated. When I spoke to customer care on 198 they told me that service will get deactivated but amo uh nt Rs.90 will not be refunded. And customer care representative disconnected my call. How k e can deduct for service which I have never opted. Plz refund my charges. 2. Even on 14 th I have recharged my 3g plan of Rs. 297 for 2 gb plan where there was also sufficient data balance of more than 300 MB . and same day my balance got deducted more than Rs. 150 approx for using internet.
