Reliance Comminictions — Receiving bills for a dead landline for over 4 months | |||
I have received the bill for my land line no[protected] the number is dead since 4 months now i have done complaints but have got no response from your end till date no person has turned up even to fix the dead line their services are pathetic i have requested several times to do so, every time i call on the helpline no.they transfer it from department to the other and say this is not for landline, its for prepaid. their CSR are rude and dont understand half the things told to them. I dont understand how is my bill generated if my number is dead since more than 4 months now i want a detail of my bill summary for what i am being charged why do i pay if my service is not even workable on up.
