Myself Krishanu Baksi, had complained about 599 recharge on 22 Mar 2014.Company is promising me for giving 30 mins for other number.But company is not giving this facility.Thats why i give this complains to customer care senior executives.And when company is not solving this problem then inform to COMSUMER FORUM.Then some days i getting this facility for 30 mins.Again from 31 March i am not getting this facility.Every day at least 5 times call to customer care to inform why i am not getting this facility.Then also call transfer to senior superfizer executives(Named Mr Amol, Mr Shoib).They are not solve my problem.Then i go to their senior TEAM LEADER (Named Mr Ram Prajapati and Mrs Meera).They are giving me cause of TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.
Sir i am TeleCommunication Engineer in
INDIAN ARMY.I know whats the technical problem about telecommunication.
Respected Sir in todays statistics crore of citizen are used
reliance numbers.Most of them are not able to talk to customer care.Company deduct the balances to giving the issue of RamDev Baba Packs, Jokes Packs, Love Tips without knowing the Customer.
Sir every 5-6 times call to customer care for taking this facility.I am in mentally frustration, Harrasment about company activity.
I am demanding 50, 000 Rs about this harrasment.
Sir pls Pls solve my problem.
