Dear RCOM,

I have upgraded/migrated to your 4G by placing COD order for new 4G data card. New data card has not been shipped till to-date, but services on my CDMA net-connect data card has been terminated since last 4-5 days. Every time your webworld executive is saying it will start by today evening, but nothing changes on ground.

Please do the needful to restore the services of CDMA Netconnect Data Card who have upgarded to 4G and new data card is not delivered.

I fail to understand how should I use a PC to access the link http://bit.ly/1cmd6ds and submit details, when my Netconnect HSD Data Card is not working.

Please advise further in the matter and on urgent basis.

Dear RCOM

Received 4G Dongle today.

Called toll free number[protected] at about 16.10 hrs for making the dongle live.

Surprised to learn that services to 4G Dongle has not been started in Maharashtra. Attending executive could not specify how many days more to wait.

NOW I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION TO JOIN THE CROWD AND USE ALL UN-PARLIAMENTARY FOR RCOM ITS MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS
