Reliance Communication Ltd. — 3g gprs balance not given according to plan. | |||
Sir, I am a reliance GSM user and my reliance GSM Mobile no is [protected]. I have recharged Rs. 156 for 1gb data on 26/03/2014 ( inspired from plan "3g in 2g price"). But I have only found 500 Mb data in my GPRS balance. I haven called reliance customer care but they have refused to register my complain and only reply please wait 48 hours. After 48 hours their response was first consume all gprs balance then call to us. This problem is frequent with my mobile number. Reliance doesn't give me full data balance on my number.
