Sir,
I ravinder singh holding two gsm reliance connection with mobile nos. [protected] and [protected]. I have requested your customer care executive to club my both above mentioned gsm numbers and made combined bill with last date to pay by 7th of every month. I have been advised to visit reliance store and accordingly i did with written request for the same on 11.05.2016.
Till date my request has not been entertained by your executive and balatenly refused to listen on the matter. This is the rude behaviour of your reliance store owner madam.
Secondly, i deposited rs. 500/- under receipt no.4221023 on 11/05/2016 for the pending payment of gsm no. [protected] but your executives continuously harassing me and my son by calling numerous time threatening disconnection the number and compelled my son to deposit rs. 600/- on 17.05.2016.
Unfortunately, your reliance store executive did not credit the already paid amount of rs.500 on 11.5.2016 till date. This might be the big fraud as you can access how much amount has been received by your reliance store executive and illegally holding the customers amount in their pockets/banks earning huge amount of interest monthly.
It also brought to your kind notice that on gsm no. [protected], you have imposed penalty of rs. 200/- for late charges for two months i. E rs. 100 each month and confirmed to condone the penalty and promise to adjust the rs. 200 in further but no action has been taken till date.
You are therefore requested to look into the matter being appellate authority as nobody is ready to listen on your customer care mail id i. E. [protected]@relianceada.com and bother to reply. Please adjust rs 200/- in my due bill of rs.701/- for gsm no. [protected] alongwith already paid rs. 500/- on 11/5/2016. Hence i have already paid the due bill of rs.701/- with you. Please confirm the same. Payment receipt enclosed.
