[Resolved] Reliance Communication (Prepaid Mobile) — Internet services | |||
I have been using reliance 3G service for more than 2 yrs. It seems that the service is becoming worse day by day. There were certain days when 3G network gets disconnected but this time I have not seen 3G network continuously for 3-4 days. Why should I pay for a 3G plan if there is no network. The 2G network that I am getting is so slow that it took about half an hour to submit this complaint. I hope the network optimization happens soon. It is already more than 15 days and it does not make any sense to pay for a 3G network and get a network worse than 2G. Apart from the price, it obstructs a lot of important works.
