My refund of a sum of Rs.3712.84 has been processed but has not been made to me though it's 5 months since the cancellation of my connection. I was informed by email on 1st January, 2015 that I will get the details within 3 days as to how the refund has been dealt with, but nothing has come through till today, I.e. 14th January 2015.
