Then he only telling me this dedication is correct I told him I do not get any SMS so this black out day is for me start now so you can charge me whatever after this call there is Lost of People who do not gate black out day SMS so you can make money of whole month in one day because people not aware about black out day if you listen this recording how difficult to explain your problem in different language your senior person prove that communicating problem other and your mother tong it is very difficult that’s why I want to speak in Marathi 5) 18/10/2014 CALL STATEMENT I call for my call statement again he told me we can’t talk in Marathi when I force him why I have selected Marathi language then Suddenly he ready to listen in Marathi he said ok I can Understand but I can’t speak he do not understand then he told we can give you only information about last 3 day he is not understanding what I want finally he transfer to Senior 3.29(recording time ) and on 6.08 senior person forcing me to speak in Hindi I told him but I have selected Marathi langue at list transfer he told me we can’t transfer you disconnect this call and redial on 8.36(recording time) he again transfer and told change language he told me AAP NE DEKHA HOGA AAP NE JAB TRANFER KIYA TAB AAP KI BAT HO RAHI HE KYA MARATHI ME this means he know your policy is do not speak in Marathi if you speak in hindi so customer can’t explain better On 9.01he again transfer on 19.12 they Speak up my phone so I am on hold form last 20 min they told this will not happen again we will talk to you in Marathi but still I am facing this problem This is only call when I record there is lots of call when I didn’t record call . I just want know about your company policy about state language in call center. Do have call center in Tamil nadu there you can say Please sir talk in Hindi we can’t server you in tamil in. Kolkata there you can say Please sir talk in Hindi we can’t server you in Bengali I am ready I speak in Hindi if only when you can Transfer your call center outside Maharashtra Please respect State language I write this Mail in English because there is no people in your office to understand Marathi otherwise you take wrong meaning of word I don’t have problem with Hindi but Why not Marathi that is my problem. Whenever I call Your call center they Forcing to speak in Hindi for that I have Attach some recording from last Six month with date and Time

1) Today 05/02/2015

First call on 09.01 I Said speak in Marathi for that they told me you disconnect this call and redial OK

Second call then When I Start This Recording they again told me you disconnect this call and redial

Third call they again told me you disconnect this call and redial that time I force Please at list transfer they told we can’t transfer you can list my five recording they every time told me we can’t transfer and they transfer after I force them

2) 15/11/2014 this recording

This time I call regarding my friends balance issue
On this recoding your can list 06.45 (recording time) he told we can’t talk in Marathi its Company Rule he repeat that twice on 8.57 (recording time) he transfer to senior on 29.01 (recording time) I told him we can’t registered your complaint regarding Marathi language

They told me that they will call me once they solve this problem but its 2 month over still they not solve my problem

I'm also a Marathi. I repeatedly called Reliance customer support and asked them to speak only Marathi, but they refused to do so. It seems they are not interested to serve services in the official language of the State where-in they are earning money.
