[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 1900 port service blocked

i have been using reliance (rcom) gsm service since last 6 months.my mobile number is [protected] from Gujarat, i want to portability in other company but i cannot send sms, everytime i get message "sending failed", because rcom has blocked my PORT service. please do something. because i want to go out of state and it is urgent for me.

I port ftom Airtel to Reliance.my num is [protected].i submit the documents on 8nov2016. But my outgoing is barred.as second verification done on 19112026 at 1730.
I submit all the documents to mr Shivam. He is not picking the call .i visit sector 31 gurgaon Reliance store.
My num is used for office.
Please assist to reactive my number.
