[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — 2g/3G Data balance Issue mob no [protected]

Dear Concern. Name Rohan Sinha Mob [protected] I have recharged my reliance no [protected] with 2g Data pack on 14th OCT with 178 recharge for 5 GB Data and my data balance was 7355.73 MB with validity till 12th Nov 2014. On 24th Oct I recharged 3G balance for 1 GB and promotional talktime of Rs 150. By recharge of Rs.247. And on the same day reliance has forfeited the whole 2G balance of 7GB in my account. Now my data Balance is showing only 836 MB balance valid till 22/11/2014. Kindly reverse the 2G data balance of 7GB in my account. AS 2G and 3G balance are two different services which I have opted from your services. Kindly do the needful ASAP. It is a really unethical way that you people are dealing with your clients.
