Reliance Communications — 3 months free calling,internet offer not activated

My jio sim number ([protected]) got activated as on 5/9/2016 and till now my 3 months free offer o[censored]nlimited internet access and free calling which i got with my lyf flame 8 mobile has not being activated. I contacted customer care several times nothing is being done about this. Also i am not able to access my jio account as its showing error message (The subscriber id you entered is invalid). So i request you to please look into this matter.

I have purchase jio sim in 100 rupees . but not activate reliance Jio no.is[protected] was alloted to me but not activated till date. I have made many calls on many reliance Jio customer case toll free number but i is very bad practice has been adopted by the reliance company that they dont pick the call of customers. i have no way to register...
