Reliance Communications — 3G data not received as per message received and tariff recharge went wrong

Dear Reliance Team, I am a loyal user of 2 Reliance GSM numbers. I have been using Reliance for years. I am using Reliance 3G number [protected] at Mumbai. My last two recharges have made doubt on Reliance services. I have talked to Reliance Customer Care many a times but it seems they are not able to clarify things also not able to resolve and not even ready to file complaint. I am feeling somewhat cheated. Here are my issues. 1. On date 18-Jan-2015 I have done e-recharge of tariff 139. Before doing this recharge I have talked to Reliance CC they informed that this will make my calls tariff 25 paise/min. After recharge I found that it is taking 40 paise/min. Later talking to CC they informed that it will work only for my home circle which was not informed earlier to me. I didn't understand that I have bought the SIM from local Reliance store and making calls from my home where I bought SIM, but still it is not under my Home Circle. It is completely unacceptable and I request you to make my tariff 25 Paise/min immediately. 2. On date 25-Jan-2014 I have done e-recharge through internet of 177 (3G 1GB). After recharge I got message stating my 177 recharge has been successful and enjoy 1 GB 3G data. After few minutes at 4.04 PM I got another message stating that I have got extra 1GB 3G data free along with 1 GB data + unlimited whatsapp, FB & twitter, But when I checked 3G balance there was only 1GB data credited extra 1GB 3G data was not credited. When I talked to Reliance CC they told to wait for 24 hours. Even after waiting 24 hours 3G balance was not credited. I got really disappointed that in both the cases Reliance CC was not ready to file complaint. So I request you to please file above both complaint and make my call tariff 25 Paise/min and credit extra 1GB 3G data. Thank You Harish Kumar Soni

After all this finally reliance has registered my complaint and given me two service request numbers. After two days I got message that my service request has been processed and reply with yes/no whether I am satisfied with service or not. Dear reliance I want to know that how you closed the complaint if you have not given me the extra 1GB 3G data balance. For other complaint you have mentioned that my area of residance doesn't come under my home circle. I request you to whenever give information to customer jUST give it full.

Execuse me but I have never said that I am satisfied. For 139 recharge they have given me a list of home circle in which my place is not listed and that is why my tariff is 40 paise/min. When I told that this home circle and other circle fact was not given me earlier and that 139 recharge should be refunded to me they said it is not possible.

Now for 3G data issue they were not able to clarify the things and told me that they are forwarding my call to senior. Phone rang for 4-5 minutes but nobody picked up. Ultimately I hang up the phone.

Now please tell how can you say matter has been resolved.
