[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 3G recharge issue | |||
I have recharged with Rs 294 on 21st Oct 2015, My number- [protected]. The pack is for 28 days with no data deducted for twitter, facebook and watsapp as per the messages I received from Reliance, prior to my recharge. But data have been deducted for the usage of twitter and facebook, which is not as per their commitment. This is wrong and cheating. They don't even have a customer care number where we can talk to their agents. Very bad service form reliance communication which is not doing honest business with its customers.
