Dear sir/madam I had recharge my reliance gsm with rs. 359 for 10gb 3g data, the massage received when i recharged that you got 2.5gb then another massage saying that you got additional 7.5gb for 28 days. its fine but when i started to use the 3g service the speed was remarkably slow before it i had used 2g service i think it was better as compared to this so called 3g service. my reliance gsm no is [protected]. i had recharged my account on 23rd july around 4pm. I had tried to speak with companies executive they said we don't have update pls try after 2hrs then after the said period i called then again same reply i got after that they barred me from connecting to customer care no 198. Problem is like yesterday I recharged my Reliance netconnect with rs499 and I didn't get recharge. Customer care is not taking my complaint they are keeping my call on hold or just disconnecting the call. Please refund my money or recharge the dongle.
