[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 3g wi pod even worse after 4g | |||
My sub #[protected] 3g connectivity has got even worsen after your 4g launch. By july there was zero network for 2 weeks wherein i have been by your representative that the same will be waived off from july's bill which is not true. When you encourage me to buy 4g device what do you expect me to do with your 3g product already sold to me promising 14mbps speed but i get only 100kbps? Enough is enough, i am tired of your network. I have made my mind to close my deal with you. Through out last 1 year you've been only telling that will better but going worse. Was this information helpful? | |||
