Reliance Communications — 3G289 not activated on reliance mob#[protected]

I had rechareged 3G data on mb no [protected] for rs 289/-on 30.08.2015 at arround 12.48 pm but till now the data not activated even after 3 days .I had complained on help line no 198 several times but I was informed everytime that there was some technical problem and he/she helpless to check my problem.I had also complained at [protected]@relianceda.com but no response from there.Please get my problem solved at earliest.
