Dear sir . I am existing reliance customer my reliance no is [protected]. Baught new 4Gsim card At 1sept reliance store person said me need to 97 FRC for activat 4G and you get 97 balance and 250 mb data . But yet i have dont recived your 97 balance and data of 250 mb .And my incoming outgoing service also deactivate from reliance . I sending email to complaint reliance care but no reply from there . They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
