[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 60 rs balance debit | |||||
Dear sir, Last last two day ago 60 rs debit from my reliance communication mobile no.[protected], but i did not activate any service. Reliance communication automatically activate the service without information and cut the charge any time, this happen many time with me. I talk to customer care, but not proper response. They said again & again for call due to technically problem, now customer care are saying refund will not be reflect after 24 hours. the data is not working properly from 26sep 2016 it gives 2G speed and i called all the number of jio custumer care but i dont get any response no one was answering my calls please sir solve this problem as soon as possible.
