Team, There is a dispute regd. Datacard cancellations. Relationship no. :[protected] Reliance mobile no. [protected] I had requested for the datacard cancellation on 7-november-2016 and had paid an additional amount of rs. 150 towards the same. However, after 2 months of not getting the bills, i have started receiving the bills again from march 2016. I have been repeatedly calling the customer care and have also visited the reliance store to stop the bills and initiate the cancellation but no action has been taken so far. I have also written to netconnect. [protected]@relianceada.com on june 8 citing the same concern, but no response yet. The data usage on the card has been zero since 7th november, 2016, but reliance has been sending the bills till date. Reliance has been charging me for months even though there has been no data usage and requests for cancellation of the datacard has been raised in november 2016.
