Reliance Communications — Abnormally high Billing | |||||
I am Abhijit Jichkar. I have reliance mobile since 2004. initially I was having CDMA connection with prepaid facility. I recently requested for post paid and with GSM service.(Since about three/four months) Since then I am observing that at many places within Nagpur and many times at my residence also the connection shows roming symbol. On enquiry at Reliance service centre I was told that due to switching over to 4 G network this problem is prevailing which will be resolved within a week. However, more than a Month passed the problem still persists... I have been charged with heavy bills since two months to the range from Rs 1500/- to 2600/- per month which does not match with my uses at all.. I request to look into the matter for if I dont pay for want of clarification, the connection of out going calls and subsequently incoming call gets locked. Was this information helpful? | |||||
