Sir 50 rs has been deducted from my sim for net usage but at that moment I was having 2MB net balance in my account When I checked my balance after net usage I was still having 2Mb in my account & 50 Rs was already deducted from my a/c. I also didn't received any message regarding this My no is- [protected] Date[protected] Time-1:50 AM Amount-50 So I request you to take proper action to solve my problem I had tried to contact you many times on following no- 198 [protected] *333 30333333 But never they picked up my phone. This balance deduction has been done to me thrice including this. I have all message & recording which was send by you and my interaction with customer care executive. If my problem will not be solved within 24hrs then this time I will go to consumer court. So, plz take a proper action & refund my balance as well as ensure that it will not be repeated in future.
