[Resolved] Reliance Communications — About NetConnect Broadband service | |||
Dear sir I m not able to connect my reliance net connect in broadband Mode from last one month. Regarding this i have complained at customer care twice in a day from last one month but i m not getting any result. I have been using this data card from 2010 n my data card number is [protected]. every time when i call at customer care they said it resolved in 48 hours but i m waiting from last one month for your response. Your executive are making fools only.They are not able to resolves any problems. Reliance Communication is a big brand i m not expecting this. Its a prePaid plan i paid first then i used the Net but from last one month i didnt used it. I m stuck just because of you guys. Please Return my money because i dont want your services any more. You didnt care for your customer.Every one have so many options in the market for internet connection and even they are not cheat customers like you guys doing from last one month. Whats about My loss of 2 month internet.. I have called to your customer care and they didn't do anything. They said Sir humne aapki request aagay forward kar di hai.. From last one month they only forward request. Where they forward god knows. One more thing i write a complain one day ago and i didn't got the solutions and you said that in 24 hour you got the solutions.
