Dear Sir, I got a new postpaid connection from Reliance Communication at ANGUL, ODISHA-759122 through mobile number portability service bearing No. [protected], with facilate 1000 minute free talktime and 500 MB 3G data at a cost of Rs. 499/-. The Sim card was activated on dated 19.07.2016, but till date my data service/internet service is not activated after several request/complaints made by me. I had also received 03 Nos of Complaint ID i.e.[protected],[protected],[protected]. Every person of Reliance assured me that my problem will be solved within 48 hours, but till date my problem is as it is. Hence I requested you to take necessary steps to solve my above problem.
