Dear sir I am Jitin Kumar and i have reliance postpaid number [protected], i applied to activate miss call alert services on 2 feb 2016 but it is not activate till yet. i am making a call to custmer care but not found any satisfactory responce from them. Also there is an other problem of my number [protected] is that my call services done aborded by your side in each month due to overuse of credit limit, a request of increasing credit limit is process from 1 month but not resolve yet. i request you to please solve my query ASAP

but i have poor network signal, if problem will not solve then i have to join other best network providing company
No satisfactory response from your end, as i activated miss call alert service at my number, but couldnt get notification.if you are able to solve this problem then tell me, if not able then i have to change my number.
