[Resolved] Reliance Communications — After porting sim is not been delivered to me

We have got a call from [protected] this no for porting my airtel no [protected], we have given him the porting code and my id as aadhar card on his same whatsapp no on 24th oct 2016, and on 30th my no was ported to reliance, but since than i have not been given the sim nor the person on [protected] this no picking up my calls.

Please help me and provide me the sim, its my business no and for last more than 5 days it is been shut. And i am loosing business.
