[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Again and again generate wrong bills

Again generate wrong bill against my mobile No. [protected], Whenever I’ve reviewed my mobile bill found wrong bills, Every timeshocked when see the itinerary details and charged more than the call amount. Immediately called to customer care number and I have surprised, I didn’t expected that kind of answer from a reliable and big company person they said why you are check your bill, that’s not acceptable you guys had sent wrong bill and say why your check bill (ek toh chori upar se seena zori). Is this your customer service and system. After so many call and complaints they are not accepting the mistake mean while they guys harassed me. I've full call record of same, they accepting I'm right but at the same time they saying (Jo karna h krlo, jaha jaana h chale humari taraf se bill change ni hoga). that is the word of his senior executive. I shocked, Reliance company is cheater and shameless persons. So please do something against them. Thanks Amit Pathak [protected]
